Ada is a personal assistant built and operated by one individual for his own use. It has a single user: its developer. This policy describes what it does with data anyway, because Google requires one and because the answer should be written down.

With the owner's explicit Google consent, Ada uses:
calendar.events) — to read
the day's events and to create, move or cancel events when the owner asks
for it.gmail.readonly) — read-only. Ada can
search and read messages so it can answer questions about them. It can never
send, delete or modify mail.Ada also stores what the owner sends it over Telegram: text messages, voice notes, and the money movements it derives from them.
In a PostgreSQL database and a folder of audio files, both on hardware the owner controls. The data is not published, sold, shared, or used for advertising, and there are no other users to share it with.
Two services process data on the owner's behalf, and only when he asks Ada something that needs them:
No other party receives any of it.
Ada's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is never read by any human other than the owner himself.
Data is kept until the owner deletes it. He can revoke Ada's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete the stored data by deleting the database.
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the date above is updated.
